I noticed that when trying to get directions in Guad. But in many areas there ARE no street signs so it didn't make much difference! Here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, it's avery common practice for streets to change names at some point or even have two names for the same stretch of road!
I can't think of any streets in Sydney with dates as their name. We tend not to recognise significant events that way. But streets certainly change name along their length!
Finally Internet (Because I can have Internet only the weekend and the public holidays), I can visit your blog. This weekend I present Martel in version black and white. I prefer the photographs in b&w and you?
