New Arch for the not so new millenium
Well, in a previous post Liz talk about the Millenium arches, so in a certain way you are already familiarized with them and about they should be finished by the year 2000 but the money was finished and the sculture was incompleted. This year more resources came and a 4 arch is being build, but still the piece is incompleted. Do you want to donate some money?

What a farce.. that doesn't make the goverment look very organised. Look forward to a shot on completion... maybe 2009!??
