Is that a bird?
This airplane was acquired by the Mexican Air Force at the beginning of the 50’s to train the newest cadets. Is a Boeing Stearman PT-17 and is shown at the museum Cuartel Colorado (at this link you can see panoramic pictures of it). This museum shows part of the military history of Mexico, pretty cool huh?
