Helados, helados


The ice creams that this man is selling are very peculiar because they have a missile shape. They are delicious. Somebody told me that the original molds are from Italy and were brought to Guadalajara in the 30s, but I am not sure about it.

It is easy to find the sellers of this ice creams close to the downtown. The flavors are: Vanilla, Nut and sometimes chocolate. The vanilla ones have a jam of strawberry.

Maybe because the sellers use salt to make the ice cream. The salt is for freezing.
